Communications are sent two ways:
Via e-mail monthly
Via postal mail on a preset schedule:
If the member earned a reward, they receive a postcard the following month. If anyone in the family is overdue for a visit they receive a postcard for three months.
Postcards are produced in full color, double sided, and sized 6” x 9” . Each office may have as much input as needed. We encourage high resolution photos, whenever possible.
E-Newsletters include:
Information about your specific practice
(Did a staff member get married? Are you offering a new service or product?
Did you remodel your waiting room?)
Special promotions on products and services that you practice is offering that month.
The total amount of reward certificates available.
The number of points needed before the patient earns his or her SmileRewards.
Dental news and trends.
Tips and advice for keeping the patient’s smile in tip-top shape.
Family members overdue for another visit.
