How SmileRewards works ?

Patients “JOIN” SmileRewards when they come in for an appointment, at your option, you may ask them to pay a one-time SmileRewards membership fee (no more than $10 is recommended)
Group 3 Marketing sends a follow-up Welcome Letter to the head of household.

All SmileRewards demographics and payment histories are transferred securely from your PMS to Group 3 Marketing each week where each member’s information is updated

 
How it works - Rewards - You set the rules.
Members earn points when they:
Join the SmileRewards program
Pay any portion of their products and services bill (hopefully their co-pay and the insurance portion) with cash, check or credit card (1 point for every dollar)
Purchase members-only promotional services or products
Refer new patients to your office

Members receive a notice they have earned a Reward Certificate
Via their monthly e-newsletter
By calling your office
Via their postal newsletter (For members without e-mail)
When they visit your office

Rewards are electronically “posted” for your office through the Group 3 Marketing exclusive WebLink
Only your front desk can redeem rewards
 
How it works - Communications
Patients like periodic communications as long as they are timely and relevant.

Communications are sent two ways:
Via e-mail monthly
Via postal mail on a preset schedule:
If the member earned a reward, they receive a postcard the following month. If anyone in the family is overdue for a visit they receive a postcard for three months.

Postcards are produced in full color, double sided, and sized 6” x 9” . Each office may have as much input as needed. We encourage high resolution photos, whenever possible.

E-Newsletters include:

Information about your specific practice
(Did a staff member get married? Are you offering a new service or product?
Did you remodel your waiting room?)
Special promotions on products and services that you practice is offering that month.
The total amount of reward certificates available.
The number of points needed before the patient earns his or her SmileRewards.
Dental news and trends.
Tips and advice for keeping the patient’s smile in tip-top shape.
Family members overdue for another visit.

 
How it works - Enrolling New Members
Invite all patients to enroll on every visit by:
Giving them a brochure when they check in.
Explaining the rewards and benefits of SmileRewards and letting them know how we will communicate with them.
Answering any questions they may have.
Signing them up.
